Vito Tour s.r.o. (“Vito Tour”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you book a transfer, how we use it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech data-protection law.

1. Data we collect

• Booking details: your name, contact number (including WhatsApp), email, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times and flight numbers.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how you use our website, collected only with your consent via the cookie banner.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and confirm your transfer and communicate with you about it.
• To process deposits and payments and issue receipts or invoices.
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• With your consent, to improve our website and measure marketing.

3. Sharing your data

We share data only as needed to provide the service — with the assigned driver, our payment processor (Stripe) and analytics providers where you have consented — and where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep booking and transaction records for as long as required by Czech accounting and tax law, and otherwise no longer than necessary for the purposes described above.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability.
